Formalizing and Strengthening the Cooperation with Key Local Partners

To formalize the cooperation and reinforce the relations with its key local partners, NFG has signed agreements with Organisation for Rehabilitation and Development in Amhara[ORDA] and Amhara Forest Enterprise[AFE].

These agreements are serving as a framework for effective partnership; they not only confirm the role of both organisations as key cooperating and implementing partners for FLR Program in Amhara, but also would promote assessment, development and implementation of concerted and complementary actions in the field of FLR and other forest/land use related activities.

In addition, and in order to provide the program with technical and operational support; NFG through its local partners, has engaged specialists having forest and land use background and practical experience in Amhara region. These specialists will work under the supervision and guidance of NFG FLR Programteam.
